6.1 Children Under Age 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. The CoolMoves application requires verifiable parental or guardian consent before any personal information is collected from a child under thirteen (13). Schools facilitating youth participation must obtain appropriate consent in accordance with FERPA and COPPA requirements.

Parents and guardians have the right to: (a) review the personal information we have collected from their child; (b) request deletion of their child's personal information; (c) refuse to permit further collection or use of their child's information; and (d) withdraw consent at any time.
